Putting the receiver into operation
Preparing the receiver for use
Setting up the receiver on a flat surface
Place the receiver on a flat, horizontal surface. Please note that the device feet can leave
stains on delicate surfaces.
Mounting the rack
mount “ears”
To fasten the rack mount “ears” :
Unscrew and remove the two recessed head screws (M4x8) on each side of the receiver
(see diagram).
Secure the rack mount “ears” to the sides of the receiver using the previously removed
recessed head screws (see diagram).
Transmitter type Product name of the linked ew G3 transmitter
The product name is displayed only if the linked transmitter
supports this function.
Transmitter battery
status
Charge status:
When the battery charge status is critical, “LOW BATT
flashes in alternation with the standard display.
Lock mode icon
(see page 14)
Lock mode is activated

approx. 70%
approx. 30%
battery icon is flashing; charge status is critical
The rack mount “ears” are designed to help protect the operating elements from
damage or deformation, e.g. if the receiver is dropped. Therefore, fasten the rack
mount “ears”, even if you do not want to rack mount your receiver.
