A Host in a meeting can fine-tune the Frames Per Second (FPS) (i.e. the video refresh rate) for everyone or
for certain individuals. OmniJoin supports up to 30 FPS!
The higher the Frames Per Second (FPS), the smoother the videos will look, but will use more bandwidth.
