Apply My Layout 2
Overview... 2
Apply My Layout can be clicked on to mirror (or copy) your current layout to everyone else in the meeting.
However, any subsequent layout changes will not be reflected to other meeting attendees. By default the Host
of the meeting will have [Follow My Layout]Follow My Layout uu page 156 turned on automatically, but can
be turned off, so "Apply My Layout" can be used.

privilege]Control Layout Privilege uu page 175)...
b Select the Layout tab
c Select Apply My Layout
NOTE: If [Follow My Layout]Follow My Layout uu page 156 is selected (highlighed in dark-
orange), "Apply My Layout" will be disabled. These two options are mutually exclusive to one
another, so you can either have [Follow My Layout]Follow My Layout uu page 156 enabled or
"Apply My Layout" enabled.
d Your current layout will now be copied to all other meeting attendees.
