4 Annotation Tools
When you are in Annotation mode by clicking , select and use various [annotation
tools]Annotation Tools uu page 95 from your normal mouse pointer, highlighters to shapes and text
boxes.
5 Use the application
Use the application as you would normally!
For instance, navigate through a website.
Anything you do in the application will be shared with everyone else in the meeting.
Maximized the web browser? If the web browser takes up the entire screen, the green sharing
border will disappear and the share toolbar will be displayed on the left-side of your monitor.
Stop Sharing... 2
Click Stop Sharing in the top-right corner of the web browser.
Alternatively...
You can also stop sharing by clicking (Options), then select Stop Sharing.
